The league creator can opt in. One rat per scoring period may act before the period starts or do nothing. If the rat does nothing, nothing happens and nobody earns rewards.
How the fantasy rules work
Acting spins a random improvement percentage and an eligible position player on any fantasy roster. The adjustment applies to fantasy points after final game or period settlement. A discovered rat gives the finder top waiver priority and one eligible player steal from the rat. An undiscovered active rat gets one random eligible roster player offer to accept or decline, with no cherry-picked rerolls.
This is separate from the bracket and community Rat game. Basketball, golf, UFC and other sports require verified player eligibility and sport-specific roster rules before they can be enabled.
REQUIRED BEFORE ENABLEMENT: percentage range, accusation limits and ties, discovery deadline, roster protection and locks, commissioner disputes, points rounding, and outcomes for sports without waivers.
No live league, wheel, scoring adjustment or player transfer is connected. No purchases or real gambling.

Future scope may include league creation, verified members, scoring, rosters, schedules, waivers, trades, playoffs, a native draft, and Fantasy Mexican Standoff.
