The engine is deterministic and deployable, but Max’s handoff explicitly labels the current numeric coefficients as provisional engineering coefficients that are not yet statistically fitted/validated on a production-grade historical dataset. Dick will publish the version on every receipt and will never pretend alpha calibration is proven edge.
